Monday Motivation: Challenge Yourself

April is in full swing – I know I can’t believe it either – and hopefully you have been reaching the monthly goals that you have set for yourself up to this point. If you need a little push, today’s Monday Motivation:

“Challenge yourself to see the change you are striving for.”

is just for you! Rise to the challenge and do what needs to be done so you can see the change you are seeking!

Truth Moment: I have been doing a good job in most of my goal areas, but I have been struggling with fitness/diet. Of course at the beginning of the year I was on top of it- going to the gym in the mornings before work and having a green smoothie daily, but I have since then fallen off. So today, I have challenged myself to work out consistently for a minimum of 5 days a week, to add some green vegetables to at least one meal per day, and to start juicing. I will be sharing my daily triumphs and struggles on Snapchat (@JustKayElle) and will update you here on the blog at the end of the month on my progress.
